Elite Cable Systems, Inc. was founded by three datacom industry associates who have known each other since the mid 90s. In 2008, Kevin Roach, Raphael “Bubba” Harris and Victor Knigge launched Elite with one goal in mind: Be the best in customer service and cut through any and all “red tape” along the way. They continually meet this goal by leading three key areas:

PLANNING

Raphael Harris. A CSU Pomona alumni, Raphael began a career in the commodities market before being persuaded to try out his skills in the emerging field of datacom as an outside account representative. Raphael has “been there, done that,” and is taking a new approach as one of the few Registered Communications Distribution Designers (RCDD) in Northern California with an emphasis on network pathway planning and connectivity.

PREPARATION

Victor Knigge. With roots as a roofing contractor, Victor has the management and planning skills needed in the construction industry, and is often able to factor in for the unseen. Like roofing, datacom has to weather the storms of change that can present them mid project. With Victor’s unique perspective, Elite is ready before “the storm” hits.

EXECUTION

Kevin Roach. Having started his career as an installer apprentice, Kevin has firsthand knowledge of the installation process and has helped Elite refine installation methods to maximize results, minimize cable damage and keep projects ahead of schedule.
